Placement Preparation

The date of departure is getting closer and I find myself in the middle of my placement preparation. Not only have I been intensivly searching the internet for information, I even bought my first travel book. Here is a picture of it. The map of Peru is really handy!

Here is the situation; I am going to fly to Peru on the 21. January departing in Düsseldorf, with a stopover in Miama. I should reach Lima on the 22. January at 5:25 in the morning. I made some plans how to get to Cusco, taking a planeticket would be too easy.
My official placements will start on the second of Feburary, leaving me about a week to make my way to Cusco. I am going to use this time to be a simple tourist, who has never heard of ITMC... to be continued...

Once I am In Cusco, I will move in my room with a private bathroom, that is provided by my placement company. A few days of getting used to the height and living situation for a duration of 26 weeks. I am curious...
